SHOPPING
MeadowBrook Village uniquely positioned just minutes from shopping areas. Head east one exit and you'll find everything you need offering
essentials like dry cleaning, video rental and groceries, as well as gourmet foods and upscale coffee houses. Head west just a few miles,
and you're at the Hwy. 83 shopping bonanza, including Office Max, Kohl's Department Store, Walmart, Target, Dairy Queen, Marty's Pizza,
Home Depot, Burger King, to name a few. Just a mile or so more, and you're in the trendy downtown Delafield boutiques and eateries.

recreation abounds.
ARTS
Milwaukee is home to more arts organizations per capita than any other major city and MeadowBrook Village Condominiums are positioned
just minutes from many arts and theater venues. Head downtown Milwaukee to the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, home to the
Florentine Opera, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Milwaukee Ballet. Also located in the nearby Theater District is the Pabst

RECREATION
Take a stroll or bike along the Lake Country Trail, just a minutes walk from MeadowBrook Vilage, swim, fish, or sunbathe at nearby
Pewaukee Lake, or head east to the lakefront and Milwaukee's extensive park system with bike trails and miles of sidewalk for roller
blading and strolling. You're close to the marina for boating, sailing or even wind surfing and the Milwaukee River, a great place for
rowing or kayaking. The Bradley Center, Milwaukee's home to the Bucks, Admirals, Wave and Marquette's Golden Eagles, are less than ten
minutes from the lakefront, immediately west of the Milwaukee River.
EVENTS
Located minutes from downtown Milwaukee, treat yourself to great summer events like Jazz in the Park and Bastille Days held in Cathedral
Square Park. The East Town Farm Market takes place every Saturday from June through October around Cathedral Square. Rainbow Summer offers
music for everyone at the nearby Marcus Center. You are just minutes from Summerfest, the world's largest music festival, and all of
Milwaukee's ethnic festivals at Maier Festival Park along the lakefront.

The best dining in Lake Country is virtually minutes away with several great four-star restaurants in the neighborhood. But there are
