Design driven affordable housing has been the foundation and hallmark
of Capital Associates. As a premier regional builder/developer since
1977, Capital Associates specializes in new construction and renovation
with a special emphasis on perceived space through excellence of
design. Capital's extensive housing experience enables them to deliver
to the new condominium buyer exceptional housing values which retain
their value and the community within which they are developed. Through
related entities, Capital has developed over 8,000 housing units over
the past 25 years in 12 states representing over $500 million in
residential value. Many satisfied residents, homeowners and investment
groups are proof of the company's commitment to quality value-oriented
housing and customer service. Capital employs over 95 professionals in
construction and management and currently has four condominium
communities under development and construction in Wisconsin and
Illinois. Fred H. Loeb is the president of Capital Associates and its
wholly owned development, construction and property management company,
Affiliated Capital Corp. Mr. Loeb received his undergraduate and law
degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Fred Loeb, President
Ali Pagel, Vice President and Director of Condominium Sales.
In November
2008, Fred Loeb passed away but his work continues. Ali Pagel is
retiring and the sales contract went to Rebecca Sprague of Shorewest
Realtors. A grand Re-Opening is scheduled for June 2009.
INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM
This is Capital Associates' fifth housing community collaboration with
Frosolone Interiors of Chicago, Ill. Bill Frosolone, president of
Frosolone Interiors heads a national design firm specializing in
professionally designed interiors and merchandised housing space. Mr.
Frosolone has designed award-winning condominium communities and models
for over 400 projects throughout the U.S. He specializes in creating
colorful, stylish and upbeat condominium environments that create
lasting value. Models are expected to debut late summer 2004.
